All the official notification emails are sent from support@btcmex.com
If you couldn't find the email after we send it, these steps can help.
- Search for the email - We send these emails from BTCMEX, so you can quickly search for it.
- Typo - Please make sure that the email you used doesn’t contain any misspelling, otherwise please try to register with your correct email.
- Spam or Junk Folder - Verification emails may be filtered directly into your email program's spam or junk mail folder. Your ISP or corporate domain may be configured to deliver commercial mail to this folder by default. If you do not find the email in this folder, please add support@btcmex.com to your safe sender or contact list.
If you've tried the steps above and still haven't received a verification email, you can request another verification email:
- Login your Account
- Go to "Account information and security" to modify your email address
If you happen to find verification/notification emails from BTCMEX land in your spam/junk email folders, in order to receive the notifications instantly, please whitelist BTCMEX's emails.
